I bought a family vehicle from Cash Cars in Feb 2021. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, expertise and superb customer service. Constant and clear communication, understanding, attention to detail and genuine care for their customers sets them apart from any other dealership I have ever done business with. Ms Paola (in particular) was of a tremendous help. I do not only recommend, but will also do business with them again.

Good experience at Cash cars BUT firstly (reading some of the reviews) if you buy a used car in dubai get an independent inspection. Remember the second hand dealers only do a cursory inspection when buying a car so they don't know all of the cars issues!
Anyway I dealt with Paola, really friendly and easy to deal with, very open about the car, very helpful answering all my questions, showed me all the facts she had about the car plus sent photos as proof before I actually saw the car and had a test drive. She also made sure when I was driving that I tested out the brakes and performance so I had a real idea about the car and knew it was as good as I thought it was. I also got an independent assessment of the car (auto hub - very good!) which apart from a couple of sensor issues, confirmed it was a good car. Paola organised to get these sensors sorted out for me.
I put in a realistic offer which was accepted. She got the sensors sorted out, organised to get the RTA test done and did all the paperwork. She gave me a lift to the RTA centre with one of her assistants (who spoke arabic) to get the registration completed, pick up the number plates and new salik tag which took maybe 20 minutes and that was only due to the queues! Then provided a car to drive us back to the showroom. One of her guys fitted the plates while we sorted out the salik and that was that, all completed, really easy and simple! Thanks Paola.

Cash cars have been very good, if you are realistic with them they will treat you well. The two ladies who run the place day to day know what they're doing, they're not fools. Don't be too demanding, don't be unrealistic, don't put in stupid offers. Treat the two ladies with respect and you will be treated well.
